The National Environmental Complaints Committee (NECC) and the Kenya Extended Producer Responsibility Organization (KEPRO) today formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing environmental protection efforts across the country.

The MoU establishes a structured framework for collaboration between the two institutions in key areas of mutual interest. It reflects the organizations’ recognition of their complementary mandates and shared commitment to advancing environmental sustainability in Kenya.
The signing ceremony was presided over by NECC Committee Secretary, Ms. Mary Njogu, and KEPRO Chief Executive Officer, Mr. James Odongo. Both leaders underscored the strategic value of leveraging institutional strengths to address pressing environmental challenges through coordinated action.
